BRAID THE REVEREND JAMES of Hartland, former pastor of Milford United Methodist Church and, since 1998, Pastor of Visitation at Orchard United Methodist Church in Farmington Hills, died on May 21st, after a courageous, lifelong struggle with depression. He was 78 years old. Survived by his beloved wife, Judith, his son Mike (Tera) Braid of White Hall, Michigan, daughter Lynne (Steve) Morgan of Linden, Michigan, and granddaughters, Paige and Brittany. EDDY JOHN R. of White Lake, May 20, 2012 at 89 years of age. Loving husband of Vivian, the late Dorothy and the late Vaneta Sue. He was awarded a Victory Medal, American Theater Ribbon, Asiatic Pacific Theater Ribbon with 2 bronze stars, 2 overseas service bars, a Good Conduct Medal and Distinctive Unit Badge. John was part of the Western Pacific Air Offensive and a member of an Army Air Force Bomb Squadron in the Mariana Islands (Guam). Mr. Eddy owned Detroit Automatic Heat. He had been a member of Central United Methodist Church for over 30 years. HEWETT SEVA MARIE Was born December 9, 1940 in Negaunee, MI. She passed away April 26, 2012in San Diego, California. Marie was a longtime resident of San Diego, CA. Marie attended Michigan State University earning a Master's Degree in psychology, in the early 1970's she moved to southern CA, where she earned a Doctorate in psychology. She retired from the Santee School District in 2010.
