HAMMAN ROBERT M. Age 86, of Largo, Florida, formerly of Beverly Hills, died June 11, 2012. A graduate of Tulane University where he received his B.S. in Mathematics and did post graduate work in his field at the University of Michigan. He started his career with Ford Motor Co. and was the retired Vice-President of Manufacturing for De-Sta-Co, a division of Dover Corp, and was a long time member of Beverly Hills Methodist Church. Beloved husband of Myrna and the late Carolyn. Dear father of Paul (Kaye) Hamman of Rochester Hills and Rodney (Barbara) Hamman of Louisville, Kentucky. Step-father of William (Tammy) Lovich and Barbara (Russell) McNeish. Loving grandfather of Laura (Patrick) Fenchak, Lisa (Michael) Damitio, Dr. Sarah Hamman, Amy (Ernest) Young, Emily Hamman, and Elizabeth (Lou) Jacobson. Great-grandfather of Nicholas, Alexa, Molly, Luke, Thomas, Anthony, and Lilah. Brother of Evelyn Tippen, Dr. Jack Hamman, and the late Genevieve. Funeral Service 10:30 a.m. Saturday at PIXLEY FUNERAL HOME, 322 W. University Drive in downtown Rochester with interment in Guardian Angel Cemetery. In 1974 when I first attended BHUMC with my two young children, Bob was one of the first to welcome me. I have fond memories of many visits during coffee hour. He was a special man. Sincerest sympathy on your loss.
