BEECHER IDA DeMEULENAERE Age 72, died July 11, 2012. Beloved wife of Dr. Larry Beecher. Loving mother of Cindy (Steve Wodarek) Hodges, Gordon (Nancy) Hodges, Denise Hodges-Frasier and the late Patricia Hodges. Adored grandmother of Erik and Emma Frasier. Dear sister of Lois Shepherd and Carol Hall. Also survived by step-children, Diane Jones, Debbie Abner, Cheryl Nelson, Pam Beecher, Kerry Kidder, Geoffrey Beecher and Dr. David Beecher; And step-grandchildren Jacob, Matthew and Brittany Wodarek and step-great- grandchildren Ethan and Anjalyssa Wodarek. The family will receive friends Friday 5 to 9 p.m at the Northrop-Sassaman Funeral Home, 19091 Northville Road (at Seven Mile) Northville. The memorial mass will be 10:30 a.m., Saturday at St. James Catholic Church, 46325 Ten Mile Road, Novi. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to St. John Providence GYN Oncology Research Fund, 22301 Foster Winter Dr., Third Floor, Southfield, MI 48075 appreciated.
