2012-07-28SARTEN JANICE MARILYN, 58 years of age, was born in Detroit on December 28, 1953 and passed away in Westland on July 21, 2012. Survived by her children Nicholas Sarten, Stefanie Sarten (and partner Elisha Kranz), Cara Sarten (and fiancé Douglas Williams), other family, and many devoted friends. Predeceased by her husband Daryl Sarten, and eldest son Shawn Sarten. Memorial luncheon held on Sunday, July 29th, at VFW Post 9885, 6440 Hix Rd., Westland, MI 48185 from 2:30-6:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Stefanie Sarten.
